Reports

All reports will include a thorough assessment of the property's condition based on the specified survey type. This includes identifying defects, damage, areas needing remediation, and any other relevant concerns. 

The reports will provide conclusions explaining the causes or sources of any defects, advice on available treatments, and recommendations for the most suitable treatment. To illustrate findings and recommendations, the report may include relevant photographic evidence, test readings/results, diagrams, charts, or other visual aids. Cost estimates for recommended remedial actions will also be provided to help understand the potential financial implications.

As mentioned on the Company Overview page, each report is tailored to meet the criteria set by lending institutions and reports are released fast, within 1 - 2 working days of the survey date.
