Stainforth Service & Surveying is an independent property surveying company providing expert investigations and comprehensive reports on issues related to damp, timber, condensation and wall tie defects. 

The reports are designed to be easily understood by clients and provide a guide for contractors when remedial works are required. In these cases, the report will include an estimation of the associated costs. Each report is tailored to meet the criteria set by solicitors, mortgage companies, banks and other lending institutions. The company prides itself on a quick turn around, with reports being released within 1 - 2 working days of the survey date. 

The company is under the exclusive direction of George Stainforth, an experienced and certified remedial property surveyor who holds the CSTDB qualification (Certified Surveyor of Timber and Damp in Buildings), accredited by the PCA (Property Care Association) and possesses extensive skills, knowledge, and experience to survey and report on properties in a competent manner.
