The following fees relate to domestic properties with up to 3 bedrooms, located within Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Lincolnshire and South Yorkshire. For domestic properties with 4 bedrooms or more, commercial buildings or properties located outside these areas, additional costs may apply. Please enquire for a quote.
